About Silly Lilly & Silly Willy

Silly Lilly and Friends was founded by Liz Roberson: Actress, Face Painter and award winning Balloon Sculptor. Liz is a member of SAG/AFTRA and also works in films and commercials.

She and her husband Perry love working with children, as well as teens and adults, who share their child-like enthusiasm. They have been in business for over 20 years.
